Spreading Holiday Cheer Through Rescue, Care & Compassion
Every December, MARES RESCUE INC gathers our community of animal lovers to celebrate the season with purpose and kindness. Our foundation’s signature event, the Holiday Rescue & Giving Celebration, invites families, volunteers, and supporters to come together—sharing joy, giving love, and helping rescued horses and animals find comfort and care during the holidays. Together, we turn compassion into hope and giving into healing.

Our Mission
MARES RESCUE INC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing lifelong care for horses and animals in need. What began as a small effort to give abandoned horses a second chance has grown into a compassionate network that saves lives, restores trust, and inspires kindness within our community.

Cost: Free to participate! Just bring a bag of feed, a blanket, or an unwrapped toy 🎁
What to Wear: Cozy sweaters, festive scarves, or your favorite holiday outfit—come ready to celebrate kindness!
Where It Goes: All donations go to MARES RESCUE INC’s Winter Care & Rescue Program, providing food, warmth, and medical care to rescued horses during the holiday season.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
